Course Format

This is a 12-hour accredited course,which is delivered in two full days (Thursday 27 and Friday 28 February from 9am to 4pm)

Please Note: We run this course in small group numbers which allows creation of a safe and comfortable space for participants and allows us to provide support and care needed. Reserve your space now.

You will recieve:

- Course Manual

- Useful mental health resources.

- Completion of the 12 hours gives you an opportunity to get acreditation as a Mental Health First Aid Officer for 3 years.
